We are dedicated to providing an exceptional customization experience for every client. Please note that all our products are made-to-order—each item is exclusively crafted according to your unique designs, including logos, colors, and text. As a result, we cannot accept returns based on reasons like “changed your mind” or “doesn't fit.” This policy upholds fairness for both parties and aligns with standard industry practice.

We guarantee complete resolution—including remaking, replacement, or refund—under these conditions:

Our Responsibility

Situation: The delivered product differs substantially from your approved sample or design.
Examples: Printing flaws, major color variance, missing custom text, or incorrect product function.
Requirement: Notify us within 7 days of delivery. Clear photo or video evidence is required.

Transport Damage

Situation: Products are seriously damaged during shipping.
Requirement: Report within 48 hours after receipt. Provide clear visuals of damaged items and packaging. We will process a logistics claim and send new products promptly.

Production Defects

Situation: Unused items show manufacturing flaws—such as leaking, malfunction, or breakage.
Requirement: Contact us within 7 days with supporting media.
Note: Slight texture or screen-to-product color variance that doesn’t affect use is not considered defective.

Cases Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction after confirming sample or design proof
  • Errors originating from customer-supplied design files (e.g., wrong logo, spelling mistakes)
  • Minor, acceptable differences in color or material texture
  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Important Notice

Sample Approval is Essential

We strongly advise confirming physical samples before full production begins. This vital step serves as the most effective method to prevent potential misunderstandings in later stages.

Prompt Package Inspection Required

Please examine shipment packaging immediately upon receipt. Should visible damage be observed, we recommend either obtaining a signed note from the delivery personnel or capturing clear photographic evidence. Notify our team without delay in such cases.

Our company reserves the right to modify these terms when necessary. Please note that any policy changes will not apply to orders that were confirmed prior to the revision date.
